Description

An extremely rich and old specimen of lustrous, stramineous strunzite needles with goldenyellow stewartite microcrystals on a gossan matrix from the type locality of Hagendorf, Germany.

Strunzite is a rare manganese iron phosphate and this is an extremely fine, rich and representative specimen.

With minor Laueite, Beraunite and Pseudolaueite.
