Description

The specimen has an exposed underside that reveal a sequence of deposition that is, Fluorite capped with a coating of sugary quartz and finished finally in a thin layer of yellow fluorite. The first phase of the fluorite followed a pyramidal form in purple. This was coated in tiny irregular quartz crystals. Then lastly there are small extended crystals and crystals of yellow fluorite following a cubic habit. There is a build up of the yellow fluorite on two of the corners. The yellow fluorite is clear but all of the deposit is shallow. The specimen is from finds at the end of 2016.
