Description

Excellent and LARGE specimen of abundant autunite and uranophane on a matrix of greenish fluorapatite and white microcline from the famous Ruggles mine in New Hampshire, USA. A great fluorescent combination with moderate yellow-orange fluorescent apatite and brilliant green fluorescing uranium minerals. Measures ~75,000 CPM on my Ludlum Model 3 counter with the 44-9 probe. Ex. Chet Lemanski collection. Rare!
