Description

Countless, amber coloured crystals of rare mercury-halide from the type locality Moschellandsberg. By the way, I don´t understand this crazy name changes of  so far well known locales like Moschellandsberg, and some forums take them over without any question. This fact is more often very confusing and especially the respective connoisseurs of the individual localities are more and more nerved. Anyway,- in case of this great and rare items you see numerous of well defined Calomel crystals accompanied by highly metallic lustrous and multifaced Tennantite. A typical specimen from the famous mining area in Palatinate which is abandoned since 1942.
