Description

A specimen from the Cowhorse hush, near Wellhope, comprising lustrous, sharp fluorite, either clear or with yellowish hints and up to 0.6cm, on ironstone matrix with minor siderite.

The crystals vary from clear edges to frosted centres, some have slightly bevelled edges. A very rarely seen Weardale locality.
