Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of goods. All we ask is that you contact us directly by e-mail within 15 days if the item(s) you receive has some problem. A refund for the purchase price less shipping will be issued as soon as we receive the item(s) back in unaltered condition . Please pack them to survive the trip. Sorry, shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Postage for returned merchandise is at your cost.
