Description

Splendidly crystallized lustrous black pyrargyrites and rich masses of native silver forming curved wires, that are associated to grey acanthite crystals. The matrix is formed by cream coloured siderite, covered by orange and transparent calcite with epitaxially grown pyrites. Good size representative specimen of a classic European locality.

Acquired to local miners during a visit carried out in 1973 by Albert Van hee. Ex Paul Van hee collection.
