Description

Tabular bright grey crystals of hessite associated to small yellow gold crystals with small white quartz. Hessite is a very rare Ag-telluride that occurs as sharp crystals such as these, from this classic locality.

Old piece, which exact dimensions are: 8.2 x 4.5 x 3.3 mm, that was acquired in 1977 by Georges Vanacker*, specimen #II/888. The original label will be provided with the specimen.
