Description

Old nice representative sample of chabazite from Aussig, a classic locality (named Aussig up to 1918). It features a rich group of sharp rhombohedral, interpenetrated lustrous crystals of chabazite that show the typical twinning in some crystals. Found before 1918. Ex Prof. Dr. Heinz Meixner* #3404. Ex Dr. Elisabeth Kirchner (1935-2023) #1685/1/1. Combine items to reduce shipping costs!.

*Prof. Dr. Heinz Meixner (1908-1981). Professor in Mineralogy, Petrology and Economic Geology at the Institute for Mineralogy at the University of Salzburg. Dr Meixner was the best expert on mineralogy in Austria (Pfaffl, 1986). Meixnerite was named after him.
