Description

Classic 19th century example from the Erzgebirge: a specimen of grey dense chloanthite with powdery slightest greenish oxidation products (labeled to be annabergite (Nickelblüte). From a less known mine at Johanngeorgenstadt (Gottessegen Erbstollen). Chloanthite is not listed at mindat for Johanngeorgenstadt, i did not analyze the specimen.
