Description

Wonderful example of agate from the Gobi Dessert from a recent new, but very small discovery. Please note that this material is absolutely natural, there will be a scientific study and an article about this material in the near future. This specimen is naturally sandblasted which gives it its unique appearence and look. The first picture is done with additional backlight to expose the incredible satturated colours which fade from deep red to a more pale reddish to orange and some white areas as well. Also some greenish spheres are present at the surface. Specimen is developed as a floater.
