Description Tabs

Description
Locality:
Schrammacher, Finkenberg, Schwaz District, Tyrol, Austria
Class:
Crystal Group/Cluster
Size Range:
Small miniature (3-4.5 cm)
Size:
3 × 2.6 × 1.7 cm
Description

This is an outstanding rarity. Fluorite from Schrammacher is generally very rare, but usually you can get - if you are very lucky - pale green tiny crystals covered by a white layer. A modified, lavender crystal is really exceptional and rare like snow in a desert. Only a fist full of clefts over 3000 meters above sealevel ever were discovered and once in a decade you might have a chance to acquire a colorful crystal. Backside is cleaved, frontside is undamaged.
