Description

You are bidding on an extremely large and incredibly rich sample from the Tip Top Mine. The very vuggy matrix hosts thousands of orange laueite crystals with hundreds of tabular leucophosphite/tinsleyite crystals, sprays of rockbridgeite, single red tabular bermanite crystals with large clusters of smaller crystals and clusters of black to dark brown robertsite plates. There are also vugs on the side and bottom of the sample that host bright green tavorite crystals with minor hureaulite and other species. This is from incredibly rich material collected by Harvard in 1984. From the David Burgess collection. He paid $400 for this very rich sample in 1990. Would make numerous micros and miniature samples!
